Squarelly monitors the status of your listings and sends timely reminders when action may be needed. You'll receive a prompt when:
- A listing has been marked as available for an extended period without any status change
- An available-from date you set has passed without the listing being updated
- A renter has flagged a listing detail as potentially inaccurate
- Your profile or listing information appears incomplete in a way that may be affecting your match quality
Reminders are delivered via your registered email address and through in-app notifications. You can manage your notification preferences from your notification settings.
Availability Confirmation Prompts
When a renter initiates contact with one of your listings, you'll receive an immediate notification asking you to confirm whether the property is currently available. Responding promptly to these requests is important — it directly affects the renter's experience and your standing as a responsive, reliable landlord on the platform.
