Adding and Managing Listings

Your listing is your first impression. Squarelly gives you the tools to create a property listing that's accurate, complete, and positioned to attract the right tenants — with AI assistance built in from the start.

Adding a New Listing

To add a property, navigate to your dashboard and select Add New Listing. You'll be guided through the following:

1. Property details — Address, property type, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, floor area, and furnished status.
2. Pricing — Monthly rent, any included utilities, and deposit requirements.
3. Availability — Current availability status and, if applicable, an estimated available-from date.
4. Amenities and features — Parking, pet policy, air conditioning, outdoor space, and any other relevant features.
5. Photos and virtual tour — Upload property photos and, where available, a 360° virtual tour to give renters a full remote viewing experience.
6. AI Listing Manager — Once your base details are submitted, Squarelly's AI Listing Manager will analyse your content and automatically generate an optimised title, description, and amenity summary. You can review, edit, or approve the suggestions before publishing.

Tip: Listings with complete information, high-quality photos, and a virtual tour consistently attract more serious enquiries. Take the time to fill in every section.

Managing Existing Listings

All your listings are accessible from your Landlord Dashboard. From here you can:

• Edit listing details at any time — pricing, availability, photos, and description
• Draft pause a listing temporarily without deleting it — useful if a property is off-market short-term
• Mark as rented when a tenancy is agreed, removing it from active search results
• Duplicate a listing to save time when adding similar properties
• Analytics — check how many renters have viewed it, saved it to a Wishlist, or initiated contact

Keeping Listings Accurate

Accurate listings protect your reputation on the platform and ensure you're matched with genuinely suitable renters. Squarelly may prompt you periodically to confirm that listing details remain current. Repeated inaccuracies reported by renters may affect your profile visibility.
