Once your profile is set up and your preferences are filled in, Squarelly's compatibility engine gets to work immediately. Properties in your search results are ranked by how well they align with your profile — not just by listing date or price.
Using Search Filters
You can refine your results using filters including:

- Property type (apartment, house, studio, etc.)
- Number of bedrooms
- Furnished or unfurnished
- Pet-friendly, parking, and other amenities
Understanding Your Results
Each listing displays a Compatibility Score alongside standard property details. This score reflects how well that property matches your full profile — budget, lifestyle fit, location preferences, and property characteristics.
Use it as your guide. Properties with higher compatibility scores are worth exploring first — they represent the closest alignment to what you've told us you're looking for.
Exploring a Listing
Before making any commitment, you can:
- Browse AI-optimised descriptions and full amenity breakdowns
- View photos and available 360° virtual tours
- Check the compatibility breakdown to see exactly where the property scores well (and where it doesn't)
- Save properties to your Wishlist to compare later
