Squarelly supports a range of secure payment methods to make the contact fee process as straightforward as possible.
Accepted Payment Methods
Squarelly processes all payments securely through Stripe, one of the world's leading payment platforms. The contact fee is paid by card:
- Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard and other major card networks
Your card is verified once when you add it, and the contact fee is charged to that saved card when a landlord confirms availability. We may add further payment methods later.
How Payment Works
Payment is processed at the point of contact fee confirmation — after the landlord has indicated the property is available (or after you choose to proceed on an unavailable property). The full fee amount is displayed clearly before you confirm.
You will not be charged automatically or without a confirmation step. Every payment requires your active approval before it is processed.
Payment Currency
All transactions on Squarelly are processed in Euros (€), reflecting the platform's Malta-based launch.
Payment Receipts
A receipt is issued automatically to your registered email address following every successful payment. All your payment history is also accessible from your account dashboard under Payment History.
Having Trouble Paying?
If you experience any issues during the payment process, contact support team via our support form. Do not attempt multiple payment submissions if a transaction appears to have failed — check your Payment History first to confirm whether the charge was processed.
