Secure Transactions

Every payment made on Squarelly is handled with security as the first priority. Here's what we do to keep your financial information safe.

How Payments Are Processed

Squarelly does not store your card details or financial information directly. All payment processing is handled by a certified third-party payment provider that meets the highest industry security standards.

Squarelly uses Stripe as its payment processor — a globally trusted platform used by hundreds of thousands of businesses worldwide and subject to the highest levels of financial security certification.

Security Standards

Our payment infrastructure operates under the following standards:

  • PCI DSS compliance — Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard compliance ensures that all card transactions are handled according to internationally recognised security requirements
  • SSL/TLS encryption — All data transmitted between your device and the platform is encrypted in transit, preventing interception
  • 3D Secure authentication — Where supported by your bank, an additional authentication step (such as a one-time passcode) may be required to verify your identity before a payment is processed

What to Do If You Notice an Unauthorised Charge

If you see a charge on your account that you did not authorise or do not recognise:

  1. Check your Payment History in your Squarelly account to confirm the charge details
  2. If you do not recognise the transaction, contact our support team immediately via our support form
  3. If you believe your payment details have been compromised, contact your bank or card issuer directly and follow their dispute process

Squarelly Will Never Ask For Your Payment Details Directly

Squarelly will never ask you to provide card numbers, CVV codes, or banking credentials via email, chat, or phone. All legitimate payments are made exclusively through the secure checkout flow within the platform. If you receive any communication requesting payment details outside of this process, do not respond — report it to our support team immediately.
