Each contact is subject to the availability confirmation flow and the 2% fee. This means:
- You control how many enquiries you initiate
- Each connection is a separate, individual decision
- You are only charged once availability is confirmed (or if you choose to proceed on an unavailable property)
Quality Over Quantity
While you can contact as many landlords as you like, Squarelly's compatibility scoring is designed to help you focus your efforts. Reaching out to properties with high compatibility scores increases the likelihood of a positive response and a successful match.
Our suggestion: Rather than casting a wide net, use compatibility scores and your Wishlist to shortlist the most relevant properties first. A focused, well-prepared message to a well-matched property will almost always outperform multiple generic messages to mismatched ones.
